Slide 1

VINE lets me sleep at night. I no longer have to feel as if I am helpless and no one else could ever understand what my family and I have been through and will continue to endure daily.

The VINE system will no doubt save lives because it allows people to be notified right away.

Stokey Bourque
Victim/Witness Coordinator

Slide 3

VINE allowed me to locate where my ex-husband was. I found out when he was transferred from one jail to another and was called within 15 minutes of his release. I felt safer because I knew. It’s real important that victims know where their perpetrators are and VINE is here to help them do that.

Remember, while Colorado VINE is meant to protect you, don’t rely solely on Colorado VINE for your safety.
If you feel you might be at risk, take precautions as if the offender has already been released.
